Returns & Exchange

Product Return & Exchange Policy

We ask every customer to inspect their order carefully on delivery. You are entitled to a return or exchange whenever any of the following applies:

  1. The product type or model does not match your order or the specifications shown on our website at the time of purchase.
  2. The delivered quantity or set of items is incomplete compared to your order.
  3. The product arrives with visible external damage, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

To process a refund or exchange smoothly, please provide valid proof of purchase together with evidence of the issue described above.

Notification & processing timeframe

  • Return notification: within 48 hours of receiving the product for issues such as missing accessories, gifts, or excess overstock.
  • Product return window: within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return location:
    • Return the product directly to our office or store, or
    • Send it via postal or courier service (two-way shipping costs are covered by the customer).

Shipping & Logistics Policy

This Shipping & Logistics Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale and is disclosed to you before you complete your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the delivery terms, timeframes, and the point at which title and risk pass, as set out below.

International shipments

International orders are fulfilled through reputable global logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and comparable express carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by customs clearance, import controls, and other factors beyond our reasonable control. All international shipments are additionally subject to the published terms and conditions of the selected carrier.

Where an order is delivered to a destination outside Vietnam, the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of the destination country continue to apply and are not limited or excluded by this policy.

Domestic shipments (Vietnam)

Estimated delivery timeframes

The timeframes below are working estimates calculated from the point of successful dispatch. They do not include order processing time and may be affected by weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, and other events beyond our reasonable control.

  • 1–3 business days for destinations within a 300 km radius of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
  • 3–7 business days for destinations beyond a 300 km radius of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Title, risk, and responsibility in transit

Title to the goods remains with Starview Store until we have received payment in full. The allocation of risk during transit depends on who arranges the carrier, as set out below and as disclosed to you at checkout.

When Starview Store arranges the carrier

Where we select and arrange the carrier, we remain responsible for the goods while in transit — including loss or damage — up to the point of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This responsibility is not affected by any statement to the contrary and does not limit your statutory rights.

To help us resolve any issue quickly, we ask that you:

  • Inspect the goods on delivery before signing for acceptance, in accordance with your obligation to check goods on receipt.
  • Where visible damage (scratches, breakage, deformation), shortage, or an incorrect item is apparent, record it — for example by photograph and by noting it with the delivery personnel — and contact our Customer Service without delay at 1900 8695.

Please note: prompt notification and documentation of visible damage at the time of delivery help us process your claim efficiently and pursue the carrier on your behalf. This request does not affect or limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

When the customer arranges the carrier

Where you choose and arrange your own carrier, risk in the goods passes to you at the point we hand the goods to your nominated carrier. From that point, responsibility for loss or damage in transit, and any related insurance, rests with you and your carrier. This allocation is disclosed to you before you select this option and does not limit your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or that do not meet the applicable consumer guarantees at the time of dispatch.

Consumer guarantees & statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that you may have under the Consumer Protection Law of Vietnam, the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any provision of this policy is inconsistent with such a mandatory right, that mandatory right prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

Secure transactions

To protect you against fraud and ensure product authenticity, we strongly recommend:

  • Purchasing only through our official sales channels — our official website, authorized e-commerce platforms, and certified retail outlets.
  • Making payment only to our officially designated accounts and through the payment methods published on our website.

Starview Store is not responsible for orders placed, or payments made, through unofficial channels or to accounts we have not designated.

Commercial Terms

Commercial Terms

Pricing

  • US, EU, Asia & EMEA markets: prices are quoted CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) and include shipping and insurance to the customer's address. Local taxes and duties imposed at the recipient's location are not included.
  • Vietnam market: prices include 10% VAT, applicable to all transactions on our e-commerce platform.
  • Currency: prices are listed in VND, USD, or EUR depending on the country or territory.

Payment methods

We accept online payment platforms, bank transfers, credit cards, online payment gateways (e.g. VNPAY, PayPal), and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery documentation

Every order is delivered together with the following documents:

  • VAT invoice.
  • Delivery note and warranty certificate.
  • Installation and user guide, plus technical support instructions accessible via QR code.
  • Certificate of Origin (CO) for imported products.
  • Certificate of Quality (CQ) for imported products, or inspection reports for domestically manufactured products.
  • An account to access warranty information and receive direct technical support through our Web Portal.

Warranty Terms

Warranty Terms & Conditions

US, EU, Asia & EMEA regions

For customers in these regions, all warranty devices are returned to the manufacturer for repair. The repaired unit is shipped back within 45 calendar days. Shipping costs are shared equally:

  • 50% covered by the customer.
  • 50% covered by the seller.

Vietnam market

Products are covered by an official warranty of 12 to 36 months, depending on the product category. Warranty services are available at authorized service centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Plus Service (Vietnam market only)

First 15 days — replacement policy

Within the first 15 days from purchase, defective products are eligible for replacement with a new unit, provided that:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The product is free from physical damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
  • The defect is covered under the standard warranty policy.
  • The product is not classified as a consumable.

Day 16 until end of warranty

From the 16th day after purchase until the end of the warranty period, we commit to resolving warranty claims and replacing defective products within 7 business days — excluding weekends, public holidays, and any pre-agreed exceptions. Products requiring overseas warranty service follow our international warranty policy timeline.

Extended warranty solutions

If a product cannot be repaired, or the repair process exceeds 45 days, you'll be offered the option to:

  • Exchange the product for an equivalent model, or
  • Upgrade to a higher-specification product, subject to a mutually agreed cost difference.
