Customers are required to inspect the goods upon delivery/receipt and are eligible for exchanges/returns under the following conditions: 

- The product type or model does not match the order or the specifications displayed on the website during the order placement. - Insufficient quantity or sets compared to the order.

- External damages, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage. 

Customers must provide a valid payment commitment document as proof of the aforementioned deficiencies to facilitate the refund/exchange process.

Notification period and payment process for product:

Return notification period : Up to 48 hours from product receipt for issues such as missing accessories, gifts, or overstock.

Product delivery timeframe: Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. 

Product exchange point: Customers may dispatch goods directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
