Shipping Methods
- Via postal services or courier companies:
- 1 - 3 days: For areas within 300km of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
- 3 - 7 days: For areas beyond 300km from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
- Delivery via Grab:
- Same-day delivery within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Customers receive the goods and make payment directly to the delivery personnel.
Liability for Goods:
- When Starview selects the shipping service provider:
- Starview's responsibility: Starview assumes full responsibility for the goods and any risks during transportation, including loss or damage, from the moment the goods are dispatched until they are delivered to the customer.
- Customer's responsibility: Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt. In case of issues such as damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, or incorrect items, customers are required to:
- Document the condition of the goods with the delivery staff.
- Immediately contact Customer Service at 1900 8695.
- Note: If customers accept the goods without reporting any issues at the time of receipt, Starview will not be liable for any subsequent claims related to damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, or incorrect items discovered afterward.
- When customers select the shipping service provider:
- Customer's responsibility: Customers assume full responsibility for the goods and any associated risks during transportation, including loss or damage. All costs and losses incurred during transit will be borne by the customer.

- Only purchase through Starview’s official channels, including:
- The official website.
- Authorized online platforms.
- Starview’s certified stores.
- For bank transfers, ensure payment is made only to Starview’s officially designated accounts to avoid potential fraud.
