• Contact information: your name, email address and phone number. If you are an organization administrator, the organization details you enter (company name, tax code, address, billing email, phone number, legal representative).
• Content you create: chat messages, photos, videos, files and voice messages; meeting audio and video sent to other participants; meeting captions, translations and minutes created by AI when your organization enables them; and support requests you send us.
• Location: only when you choose to share your location in a conversation. The shared location is sent as precise coordinates in that message.
• Identifiers: your user ID, a device identifier, and push-notification tokens.
• Usage data: how app features are used (for example, which screens and functions are opened) and, on plans that include advertising, which advertisement was shown in the meeting screen, when, and in which meeting or device.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, performance and connection-quality data (for example latency and packet loss), and app logs you choose to send.

What we do not collect: your phone contacts and your phone calendars (Outlook, Google and others) are read only on your device, when you allow it, and are not uploaded to our servers. The iOS app does not take any payment; organization administrators buy plans on our web portal through payment providers, and we never receive card numbers.

• To provide meetings, calls and messaging, and to create and secure your account.
• To deliver call and message notifications.
• To provide AI captions, translation and meeting minutes when your organization turns them on.
• To show advertisements in the meeting screen on plans that include advertising, and to count how many times each advertisement was shown. Advertisements are not selected based on your personal data.
• To keep the service safe, including handling reports of abuse and blocked users.
• To diagnose problems, measure and improve quality, and provide customer support.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• Messages in end-to-end encrypted conversations are encrypted on your device; Starview cannot read their content.
• In encrypted meeting rooms, audio and video are encrypted on your device, and AI captions and minutes are turned off.
• In standard meeting rooms, audio and video are encrypted in transit; our servers can process them to produce captions and minutes when your organization enables these features.

• Data is stored on servers operated by Starview in Vietnam.
• Apple Push Notification service (and, on Android, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging when used) delivers notifications. Notification payloads do not contain message content.
• Your organization's administrators can see organization members, meetings and records according to your organization's settings.
• We do not give advertisers your personal data.
• We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

• Chat messages are kept for up to 365 days and then deleted automatically.
• Other content is kept while your account and your organization's account are active, or until it is deleted.
• When an organization closes its account, its data enters a 30-day grace period and is then permanently deleted.
• Security and access logs are kept for as long as needed for security and legal purposes.

You can view and edit your profile in the app. To delete your account, open Settings › Account › Delete account in the app; we send a one-time code to your email to confirm. After deletion you are signed out of all devices, your email, phone number and profile are removed, and the account cannot be used again. Messages you already sent may remain visible to people who received them. Records that belong to your organization (such as meeting minutes and attendance, access logs and records of accepted terms) are kept by the organization as described above.
