How do I get an account?

StarWork accounts are created by your organization's administrator. Ask your administrator for an invitation.

Incoming calls do not ring

Open the iPhone Settings › StarWork › Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications, then open StarWork once so it can register for calls.

How do I report a message or block someone?

Long-press a message and choose Report, or open the person's contact card and choose Report or Block.

How do I delete my account?

1. Open StarWork and go to Settings › Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter the one-time code sent to your email to confirm.
