Installation services in other provinces: Within 150km from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: Installation fee of 2 million VND up to a maximum of 5% of the order value. Beyond 300km from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: Installation fee of 3 million VND up to a maximum of 5% of the order value.

Additional maintenance and technical support services are available for purchase. In case of equipment malfunction, replacements are provided free of charge, even beyond the warranty period. Contact for further assistance.

4. WARRANTY POLICY
The product is covered by Starview's official warranty for 24 months in Vietnam/Australia, with service centers in Hanoi. Ho Chi Minh City and Melbourne.
Within the first 28 days after purchase, defective products will be exchanged for new ones, provided they meet specific conditions ( the product must have an original box with full attached of accessories and not have any scratches, do not violate any other warranty policy, and not a consumable device)
From the 29th until the end of the warranty period, Starview commits to fix the problem and return the product within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Tet and other pre-agreed cases). In case the products that must be sent for warranty overseas, the warranty waiting period will be according to the company's policy.
In case the warranty is not possible or the warranty period is too long (more than 45 days), you can exchange for another device equivalent to the warranty product or a product with higher specifications at an agreed cost..
5. COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
Price: Listed in Vietnam, excluding 10% VAT, other markets are CIP prices to customer addresses (applicable to all transactions on Starview's e-commerce platforms).Currency: Depending on the country or region, the currencies accepted on the Starview payment system.
Payment Methods: Online payment platforms, bank transfers, credit cards, online payment gateways (VNPAY, PayPal, Master Card, VISA), COD or cash at the company's office.
Deposit Requirement: For orders outside Hanoi/Melbourne and Ho Chi Minh City, a deposit of 10% - 30% of the order value is required for COD.
Specification of goods delivered: Starview products will be delivered to customers with the following documents:
- VAT invoice
- Delivery record, also the equipment warranty certificate
- QR Code instructions for installation, use and technical support
- CO certificate of origin for imported products.
- CQ certificate of quality for imported products or Test report for domestically produced products.
- Customers are provided with an electronic account to access warranty information and technical support directly from Starview's WEB Portal system.
