1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

The SVA-VDPRO-CHASIS Series is a new generation of modular Video Splicing Processors that integrate video processing and video control into a single platform, purpose-built for fine-pitch LED screens and large-scale professional displays. Each unit adopts a fully modular, plug-in architecture, allowing input and output cards to be freely configured and hot-swapped to match any project.

Built on a pure-hardware FPGA system architecture, the series delivers stable, high-efficiency performance with low failure rates and easy maintenance. It provides industry-standard input connectors — including HDMI, DP, SDI, fiber and IP — and supports 10-bit video processing as well as 4K/8K high-definition input and output. LED 4K sending cards enable backup between OPT and Ethernet ports and ultra-long-distance transmission.

The series supports multi-screen and multi-layer management, EDID management, input source cropping and renaming, BKG and OSD configuration, and HDR10/HLG processing. Adopting a B/S (browser/server) architecture, the processors can be accessed and controlled across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux without installing any dedicated software, and support multi-user online collaboration.

Available in five chassis sizes — SVA-VDPRO-CHASIS-2U, -5U, -9U, -15U and -20U — the series scales from 26 million to 260 million pixels of loading capacity, suiting command and control rooms, broadcast, exhibitions, stage rental, transportation, energy and enterprise applications.

Modular, plug-in design for flexible configuration

LED 4K sending cards
- The 20× RJ45 sending card (SVP-SendCard-J45-X20) loads up to 13,000,000 pixels.
- The 4× fiber sending card (SVP-SendCar-OPT-X4) loads up to 20,800,000 pixels and supports three working modes: independent, copy and backup.
- Fiber transmission up to 10 km (single-mode) or 300 m (multi-mode).
Multi-capacity input on a single card slot

- Static text, dynamic text, time and weather OSD; customizable content, scrolling direction, speed and font.
- Independent OSD settings per screen and adjustable OSD transparency.
Up to 2,000 presets
- Fade effect and seamless switching, with preset switching in under 60 ms.
- Scheduled playback of a preset playlist.

Remote Support at No Additional Cost:
We provide complimentary installation guidance and user support via phone, video call, chat, or remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer.

Applicable Regions: US, EU, Asia, and EMEA

For customers in the US, EU, Asia, and EMEA regions, all warranty-related devices will be returned to the manufacturer for repair. The repaired unit will be shipped back to the customer within 45 calendar days.
Shipping costs are shared equally between the two parties: 50% covered by the customer and 50% by the seller.

For the Vietnam Market: The products are covered by an official warranty period of 12 to 36 months, depending on the product category. Warranty services are available at authorized service centers located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

PLUS SERVICE (VIETNAM MARKET ONLY):

First 15 Days Replacement Policy: Within the first 15 days from the date of purchase, defective products are eligible for replacement with a new unit, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
The product is free from physical damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
The defect is covered under the standard warranty policy.
The product is not classified as a consumable

Warranty After 16 Days Until End of Warranty Period: Starting from the 16th day after purchase until the end of the warranty period, NGIT commits to resolving warranty claims and replacing defective products within 7 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any pre-agreed exceptions.
If the product requires overseas warranty service, the turnaround time will be based on NGIT's international warranty policy.

EXTENDED WARRANTY:

In cases where:

A product cannot be repaired, or
The repair process exceeds 45 days,

Customers will be offered the option to:

Exchange the product for an equivalent model, or
Upgrade to a higher-specification product, subject to a mutually agreed cost difference.

For Markets: US, EU, Asia, and EME: The price is CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) and includes shipping fees and insurance to the customer's address. Local taxes and duties imposed by the recipient's location are not included.

For the Vietnam Market: Prices include a 10% VAT, applicable to all transactions on NGIT’s e-commerce platform.

Currency: Prices are listed in VND/USD/EURO depending on the country or territory.

Payment Methods: Online payment platforms, bank transfers, credit cards, online payment gateways (e.g., VNPAY, PayPal), Cash on Delivery (COD), or cash payment at the company office.

Deposit Requirements: For COD orders outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, a deposit of 10%–30% of the total order value is required.

Delivery Documentation: The products will be delivered to customers along with the following documentation:

VAT invoice.
Delivery note and warranty certificate
Installation and user guide, as well as technical support instructions accessible via QR Code.
Certificate of Origin (CO) for imported products.
Certificate of Quality (CQ) for imported products or inspection reports for domestically manufactured products.
Customers will be provided with an account to access warranty information and receive direct technical support through NGIT’s WEB Portal system.
